    Chase and I successfully completed our first Spart Chase and I successfully completed our first Spartan Stadium Race. He did exceptionally well. I did my best. Loved the running 🏃 could have run even further — but the obstacles were tough for me. As for the lifting obstacles, I literally could not pick up many of the weighted devices. ⬆️ During one ☝️ challenge I put my entire body weight into trying to get the weight off the ground. I leaned all the way back and gripped as tight as I could and tried to lift the weight using the rope while leaning back as far as I could without laying on the ground — but nope. 👎it wasn’t going to happen. When you aren’t able to complete an obstacle you must complete 15 burpees! I did lots of burpees. But we finished ✔️ within 58 minutes. I did realize I’m not fond of heights. See the 2nd image in this video. That’s one of the obstacles. I did it, but I was a bit uneasy 😳. Two women cheered me on, which helped, just knowing they were there for me telling me I could do it. — A fun morning 🏃☝️😜❤️ —And after the race Chase ran into the new cast of The Challenge, one of his favorite shows. Coincidentally he had his Challenge T-shirt on that day.
