    Friday night, just surfing insta, and another App Friday night, just surfing insta, and another App popped up. The message — no need for a personal trainer when there’s AI. I didn’t download the App but I did ask ChatGPT—

To target and tone your inner thighs, you can incorporate a variety of exercises into your workout routine.

1. **Sumo Squats**: Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed outward. Lower your body into a squat while keeping your back straight, and then return to the starting position.

2. **Inner Thigh Raises**: Lie on your side with your legs stacked. Lift the top leg to about 45 degrees, then lower it back down, and repeat. For added resistance, you can use ankle weights.

3. **Lateral Lunges**: Stand with your feet together. Step out to the side with one leg, bending the knee while keeping the other leg straight. Push back to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

4. **Bridge with a Ball**: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Place a small exercise ball (or pillow) between your knees. Lift your hips into a bridge while squeezing the ball, and then lower back down.

5. **Plank with Leg Lift**: Get into a plank position. Keep your body straight and lift one leg towards the ceiling, squeezing the inner thigh as you lift. Alternate legs.

6. **Fire Hydrant**: On all fours, lift one leg to the side while keeping the knee bent, and then lower it back down. This targets your glutes and inner thighs.

7. **Side Leg Circles**: Lie on your side and lift your top leg slightly off the ground. Make small circles with your leg to work the inner thigh.

8. **Resistance Band Leg Press**: Sit on the ground with a resistance band looped around your feet. Press your legs outward against the band to strengthen your inner thighs.
