lessons learned
I recently joined QUORA and started answering questions about real estate.
Here is one of those questions.
Q. How did you lose money in real estate and what did you learn from it?
A. We didn’t lose money, but had we not sold we would still own those properties today. My problem was that I got too emotional and we sold two homes that we should have kept.
Lesson Learned: Do not let your emotions steer you off track. Owning property is business, it is your future; and not a place for emotion.
We fall down, we get up, we learn, we rise up, lesson learned. Now move on.
